What are the limitations of an M1 motorcycle licence?

If you possess an M1 license, you are authorized to operate a motorcycle, motor tricycle, limited-speed motorcycle, or moped, subject to the following stipulations:

  • You are prohibited from driving if you have consumed alcohol. Your blood-alcohol concentration must be zero.
  • You are permitted to drive only during daylight hours, which are defined as the half-hour before sunrise to the half-hour after sunset.
  • You must avoid driving on roads with speed limits exceeding 80 km/h.
  • You are not allowed to carry any passengers.

How To Prepare For The M1 Practice Test?

What are the eligibility requirements for a M1 License in Ontario?
